How much does shipping cost?

Within UAE: Get free shipping on orders over AED 999. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated based on weight.

Outside UAE / Worldwide: Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Delivery times depend on where your order is going:

Within UAE: Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days

  • Abu Dhabi: 2–3 business days
  • Dubai: 3–4 business days
  • Other Emirates: 4–5 business days
  • Remote areas: May vary based on location

Outside UAE / International: Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination country, quantity, and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times can sometimes vary due to stock availability, courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we provide international shipping to many countries.

Can I track my shipment?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to see exactly where your order is and get real-time updates until it reaches you.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived on time?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, don’t worry! Just contact our customer support team, and we’ll check what’s happening and give you an update on your shipment.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

In the rare case that your package gets lost or arrives damaged, don’t worry! Just reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to fix the issue and make sure you get a replacement or a refund.

Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?

If you need to update your shipping address, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make the change, but if your order has already been shipped, it might not be possible.

What is your return policy?

Do you offer customization for your products?

Yes! As a manufacturer, we can customize products to your exact requirements whether it’s the design, material, color, text, or logo. For more details or to discuss your custom order, just contact our customer support team.

Is there a minimum order amount?

No, There’s no minimum order value. Whether you’re buying a single item or placing a large order, we’re here to help with no restrictions.

What currencies can I use to pay?

We operate mainly in AED, but you can pay in other currencies too. Your payment will be automatically converted at the current exchange rate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of payment options, including credit/debit cards and Apple Pay. You can pick whichever is easiest for you at checkout.

Is it safe to enter my payment information?

Yes! Your payment information is completely secure. We use industry standard encryption to keep your data safe and make sure your transactions are protected.

Are there any extra charges for international orders?

For international shipments, your country may apply customs duties or taxes based on local regulations. These charges aren’t included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for exact details before ordering.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to cancel or update your order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We’ll try our best to help, but once your order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we do! We offer special discounts on bulk orders, depending on the quantity. Simply fill out the Request a Quote form, and our team will get in touch with you with the best price.

Sizing

How do I find my size?

To get the best fit, check the size chart on each product page. It shows measurements for the chest, waist, hips, inseam, and more. You can measure yourself or compare with a garment you already own to choose the right size.

Can I return items if they don’t fit?

We know sizing can be tricky when shopping online. While we don’t offer direct exchanges right now, we make returns simple so you can get the right fit.

If your item doesn’t fit, here’s what to do:

  1. Return the item: Start a return by following the steps in our Returns & Refunds policy on the website.
  2. Get your refund: Once we receive and check the item, we’ll process your refund quickly.
  3. Place a new order: Order the same item in the correct size so you get it as soon as possible.
