Welcome to PMR Safety. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PMR Safety website, products, and services. By browsing, registering, or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. About PMR Safety

PMR Safety is an ecommerce platform supplying Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including helmets, gloves, footwear, masks, eyewear, coveralls, and related industrial safety products across the UAE and selected GCC markets.


2. Eligibility & Account Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place orders.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • PMR Safety reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or policy violations.


3. Products & Intended Use (PPE Disclaimer)

  • All products are intended for professional and industrial use.

  • Customers are responsible for selecting suitable PPE for their specific working environment.

  • PMR Safety does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose beyond manufacturer certification.

  • Improper selection, fitting, maintenance, or use of PPE may result in injury, and PMR Safety shall not be liable for such misuse.


4. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise and are exclusive or inclusive of VAT as shown.

  • Prices, specifications, and availability may change without notice.

  • Product images are for illustration only; actual products may vary slightly.

  • Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until payment is received and the order is dispatched.


5. Orders & Acceptance

  • PMR Safety reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or compliance requirements.

  • If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.


6. Payments

We accept payment through secure, approved payment gateways and methods displayed at checkout, including cards, bank transfer, COD (if enabled), and other digital payment options.

  • Payment must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • PMR Safety does not store card details.

  • For bank transfers, dispatch occurs only after funds are cleared.


7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines shown are estimates only.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the courier.

  • Shipping eligibility (free, flat-rate, or standard) is determined by PMR Safety and may change.

  • Heavy, hazardous, oversized, or palletized items may attract additional charges.

  • PMR Safety is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or force majeure events.


8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to that policy.


9. Bulk, Corporate & Custom Orders

  • Bulk, contract, or branded orders may have separate terms agreed at quotation stage.

  • Customized products are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable once production begins.


10. Intellectual Property

  • All website content including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and layout are the property of PMR Safety or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.


11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to breach security systems.

  • Provide false information.

  • Interfere with website performance.

  • Misuse PMR Safety branding or data.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:

  • PMR Safety shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the products purchased.

  • We are not responsible for losses arising from improper PPE selection, fitting, or use.


13. Warranty

  • Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, modification, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Claims must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.


14. Force Majeure

PMR Safety shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, transport disruptions, cyber incidents, or supplier failures.


15. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.


16. Amendments

PMR Safety may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website and apply from the date of publication.


17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
