Shipping Policy – PMR Safety

At PMR Safety, we aim to deliver your Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) quickly, safely, and reliably across the UAE and selected GCC regions. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on business days are usually processed within 24 hours.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Same-day dispatch may be available for selected products and locations.

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates.
GCC and international shipping may be available upon request.
Delivery availability may vary based on product type, size, and destination.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

Abu Dhabi: 2–3 business days
Dubai: 3–4 business days
Other Emirates: 4–5 business days
Remote Areas: May vary based on location
International: 7–14 days (varies by country, quantity, and customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and order value.
Free or flat-rate shipping may apply to selected products or order values as displayed on the website.
Oversized, heavy, hazardous, or palletized items may attract additional delivery charges.
PMR Safety reserves the right to update shipping rates and eligibility at any time.

5. Bulk & Special Handling Items

Certain PPE products may require special handling, including:

Palletized shipments
Hazardous materials
Large or heavy equipment
Customized or branded orders

These items may have extended delivery times and special shipping charges, which will be communicated before dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or shipment confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery contact details are accurate.

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal, re-delivery charges may apply.
PMR Safety is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect products upon receipt.
Any visible damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

9. Risk & Ownership

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.
Ownership of goods passes after full payment is received.

10. International & GCC Shipping

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import permits, and clearance requirements.
Delivery timelines depend on destination country regulations, quantity, and shipment type.

11. Force Majeure

PMR Safety is not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, transport disruptions, strikes, system failures, or supplier delays.
