The MSA 10116628 V-Gard Elevated Temperature (ET) Universal Frame is specifically designed for demanding industrial environments where standard face shield carriers may be exposed to elevated temperatures. Constructed from high-performance, non-metallic polycarbonate, the frame resists heat-induced warping, cracking, and degradation while providing reliable face protection support.

Its universal full-brim mounting system utilizes a durable flat rubber strap that securely attaches to MSA full-brim safety helmets and many compatible full-brim hard hats. The innovative sloped frame profile helps direct liquids, chemical splashes, and debris away from the user's field of vision, improving comfort and visibility during operation.

The ET Universal Frame features a convenient 3-point visor attachment system that allows rapid installation and replacement of compatible face shields without tools. It is also designed to work seamlessly alongside cap-mounted earmuffs and respiratory protection equipment.
