The MSA 10148792 Fas-Trac® III 4-Point Replacement Ratchet Suspension is engineered to restore the fit, comfort, and performance of compatible MSA V-Gard® safety helmets. Specifically designed for MSA V-Gard® Cap Style and Full Brim helmet shells, this lightweight suspension system improves wearer comfort while maintaining secure helmet stability throughout the workday.
The suspension features a smooth gear-driven ratchet adjustment, 4-point webbing architecture, three-level nape adjustment, and a flush rear lug design that minimizes pressure points. Its integrated perforated PVC sweatband is easy to clean and provides enhanced comfort during extended use.
Constructed with fully non-conductive materials, the Fas-Trac® III suspension helps preserve the dielectric properties of compatible Class E safety helmets, making it ideal for construction, utilities, manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, and industrial maintenance applications.
