The MSA V-TEC™ Mini Personal Fall Limiter 63111-00A is engineered to provide continuous (100% tie-off) fall protection for professionals who frequently transition between anchorage points while working at height.

Designed with a twin-leg retractable system, the device allows one leg to remain connected while the other is repositioned, maintaining uninterrupted fall protection throughout the job. Unlike conventional shock-absorbing lanyards, the V-TEC™ Mini integrates multiple spring radial energy-absorbing technology within the housing, eliminating bulky external shock absorbers and reducing snag hazards.

Its transparent high-strength polycarbonate housing enables quick visual inspection of internal components, simplifying routine safety inspections and maintenance checks. The durable internal mechanism combines high-grade stainless steel components with precision-engineered plastics for long-term performance in demanding industrial environments.

Each leg utilizes heavy-duty polyester webbing terminated with an AL36CL aluminum large scaffold/rebar snaphook, making the unit suitable for structural steel, scaffolding, rebar, and other compatible anchorage points. The integrated rotating attachment provides 360° horizontal rotation and 180° vertical rotation, helping reduce twisting and improving worker mobility.

Supporting workers from 130 to 400 lbs (59–181 kg), including clothing and tools, the V-TEC™ Mini Twin-Leg Personal Fall Limiter can be anchored up to 2 ft (0.6 m) below the harness dorsal D-ring, providing greater flexibility across a wide range of elevated work applications.
